FRESHNESS AND SOUR BITTERNESS

Cider co-fermented with lemons + bitter oranges (without the skins). Very lightly dry-hopped. A good touch of fresh elderflower maceration too added in June, just before bottling!

TASTING & PAIRING

Fragrant notes of citrus, very complex and intense. Intense acidity in the mouth. And what a length!

Enjoy alone as an aperitif or as a cocktail base. Try it too as an original pairing with a citrus dessert or a crème brûlée.

KNOW-HOW

Extra Brut French craft hard cider created from the blend of tens of apples’ varietals (Normandy, Brittany and Pays d’Othe). 8 months of co-fermentation between apples + + lemons + bitter oranges. A dash of hops and fresh elderflower added before bottling and natural second fermentation in bottle.

Natural second fermentation in bottle (Champagne method). Extra Brut. Disgorged.

FRESHNESS & TENSION

A very “vinous” cider, mineral and very expressive.

TASTING & PAIRING

Both complex and floral nose, with hints of fresh green apple, some earthy, vegetal notes too. Superbe delicacy and intensity on the palate, with a chalky “blanc de blancs” character.

A real gourmet cider at ease on its own as an aperitif or at the table (oysters, grilled fish, vol-au-vent, Japanese cuisine, alpine cheeses or Saint-Nectaire)
