Yummy aromas of baked apples, without any heavy character. Well balanced mouth between roundess and acidity
Yes, you can enjoy this cider on a crêpe! Or a chocolate pie, a coffee éclair or a strawberry tart.
Its complexity comes from the blend of tends of hand-harvested apples, coming in particular from Pays d’Othe (Avrolles being the key varietal).
Slow fermentation with indigeneous yeast.
Natural second fermentation in bottle (Champagne method). Brut cider (about 25 g of residual sugar)
