A season-inspired variation of our classic cider De Cidre De Là, with a fresh apricot maceration
Fine floral and apricot notes on the nose. Fresh vivacity in the mouth, with a beautiful length and balance.
Enjoy on its own as an aperitif or as a coctkail base. To pair with a dessert like an apple pie or roasted apricots with a verbena ice cream.
This cider is the same base and blend as our classic cider De Cidre De Là, to which we added several tens of kilograms of fresh apricot for a 3 months maceration at the end of ageing, before bottling.
